A "Serious" Area?

It has been suggested that some of you may prefer an area here that is reserved for purely serious discussions on a variety of topics. Obviously, such an area would need to be moderated more strongly than the rest of the site so as to keep flaming and trolling away from our community.

Will it be a 'cleft-free' area, or do we still get to argue, I mean, discuss things with them too?

Well if you think they are being a bit too clefty, just PM one of us. It can get sorted easily.

Eh, I don't see it as necessary. It could be quite some fun to see the real views of others on here. So I say "Why not?"

I would love to have such an area. And I would use it regularly. But I'm not as good as argumenting as some people here are.

I would like to have a serious chat away from all the jokes (and I wish someone would edit my posts), but I don't know if it will really attract activity.

AND I feel that Our LORD And MASTER, SIR FROG is seriously handsome and Evenstar should marry him!

It would be a good idea to have a serious area. Whether I would use it regularly or not would depend on the topics and if I knew enough about them to be serious. Give it a try, I say, and let it speak for itself. I reckon with the quality of humans on here you will know very quickly if it's going to work or not.

Just a little note: My first post in this thread is a 100% absolutely true.

I think this could be of merit. A serious area would make a nice addition, and judging by the general quality of posts, I think it would work!
